Beautiful spaces for a new era

In Sanskrit, sangha means "community," "assembly," or "group." It derives from the root sam (together) and gha (going), implying a collective with a shared purpose.

We are now entering a new era, where humanity will prioritise family, wellness & creation. We therefore need new spaces that are optimised - from first principles - to support these goals.

We have reverse-engineered the formula that created the world’s most desirable neighbourhoods, from Carmel-by-the-Sea in California, to Mayfair in London.

We will now be applying this formula in developing nations where we can break new ground.

  • Ashvir Sangha

    HEAD OF PARTNERSHIPS

    Ashvir studied History & Politics at Oxford University, where he was elected President of the Oxford Union. He previously served as Communications Adviser to Former CEO of John Lewis & Mayor of the West Midlands Sir Andy Street. Alongside Sangha Living, Ashvir is also the co-founder of Sangha Academy, which offers entrepreneurial, AI-first education.

  • Sunny Sangha

    HEAD OF DELIVERY

    Sunny studied Anthropology at Cambridge University, during which time (back in 2013) he visited the Chief of Staff to the President of Honduras, to study a new model for urban development which has now become popularised as the “startup cities” or “network state” movement. Since then, Sunny has delivered a TEDx talk on the future of democracy while working on political reform, developed Earth’s #1 composting app (MakeSoil), and is now building a new school for the AI age: Sangha Academy.

  • Zach Caceres

    HEAD OF URBAN DESIGN & AI

    Zach graduated with highest honours from New York University with a degree in Philosophy & Economics, despite leaving school at 15. He was an early practitioner of AI (since 2018), has been a founding engineer or product leader at multiple billion-dollar companies, and now builds AI-powered products with a focus on the real estate sector. He coined the term “startup cities” and his ideas on urban design & development have been featured & published in bestselling books & leading publications including Stripe’s Works in Progress & a16z's Future.com. Zach is also Head of AI & Technology at Sangha Academy.
